Green onion, chopped - 250 ml

Thyme, dry - 15 ml

Canola oil - 100 ml

Soy sauce - 100 ml

Ginger, fresh - 50 ml

Garlic cloves - 5

Jalapeno peppers, fresh - 4

Bay leaves - 3

Coriander, ground - 10 ml

Black pepper, ground - 20 ml

Nutmeg, ground - 5 ml

Allspice ground - 5 ml

Combine all ingredients and puree. I like to leave mine just a little course. Marinate chicken or turkey in it before cooking. This recipe is suitable for grilling, frying or roasting meats.
