Police are looking for two men in an unusual early-morning robbery in Winnipeg. The suspects weren’t after cash, but pizza.

Police said a pizza delivery driver was robbed of the food he was about to deliver in the 300 block of Tweed Avenue in East Kildonan around 12:30 a.m. Wednesday.

One of the two suspects had what the victim believed to be a handgun, said police.

After grabbing the grub, the two men ran away on foot. Police said the delivery driver was not injured.

Police said both suspects are described as black, 5 feet 10 inches (178 cm) tall, 25-30 years old, one with a thin build and the other with a muscular build.
