Sarah McLachlan will be a presenter at the Junos in Winnipeg at the end of March, as will curling gold medallists from Team Jennifer Jones.

More details were released Tuesday about participants. Manitoba musicians Sweet Alibi performed at the Junos annoucement and will feature in the week's events.

Country stars Gord Bamford and Dean Brody will perform at the Junos, along with previously announced acts Serena Ryder, Tegan and Sara and Matt Mays, among others.

At an exclusive announcement on CTV Morning Live Winnipeg, local boy and former lead guitarist of The Guess Who and BTO, Randy Bachman was named as host of the Songwriter's Circle during Juno week in March.

The awards show happens Sunday, March 30 at MTS Centre and the Juno Cup hockey game takes place at MTS Iceplex on Friday, March 28.
