Police said a suspect in a clown suit robbed a credit union in Transcona on Dec. 18.
A number of units responded to the Crosstown Civic Credit Union in the 1500 block of Regent Avenue around 4:30 p.m.
Police said the suspect was dressed in a clown costume.
The costume and some money were found behind the building near where the suspect was arrested.
Rondell McGarrett Johnson, 39, has been charged with robbery with a firearm, disguise with intent and public mischief, said police.
