Environment Canada confirmed a tornado touched down near Boissevain around 7 p.m. on July 21.
Officials said the twister landed in an open field.
So far there are no reports of damage or injuries.
A viewer snapped a photo of it near Killarney.
Environment Canada received several other reports, including a funnel cloud spotted south of Deloraine, near the U.S. border.
Officials said that one was not a tornado.
