A van caught fire on the Perimeter Highway near St. Anne’s Road Thursday morning.

Firefighters were called to the scene around 7:55 a.m. A witness told CTV News the driver heard a noise in the engine and pulled over.

While the driver called a tow truck, the van started to catch fire.

There are no reports of any injuries.
