Winnipeg police report traffic lights out at several intersections Monday

Officers reported traffic lights flashing or out at multiple intersections around Winnipeg Monday afternoon.

“If possible, avoid these areas. Use caution and treat these intersections as four-way stops,” said police in a release shortly before 5 p.m. on Feb. 17.

Among the intersections listed by police include:
