Bin fire spreads to garages on Manitoba Ave.

Two garages were heavily damaged in a fire early Tuesday morning.

The blaze broke out in a garbage bin near Manitoba Avenue and McPhillips Street around 2 a.m.

The flames spread to two neighbouring garages.

A damage estimate was not immediately available.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
