WINNIPEG -- Manitoba's Health Minister Cameron Friesen will be speaking about COVID-19 measures in Manitoba at 2 p.m. this afternoon.

This comes after a major spike in COVID-19 cases was announced in the province Wednesday morning. Provincial health officials announced 14 new probable positive cases of COVID-19, bringing the total number of cases in the province to 35.
