Assiniboine Park Zoo’s ‘Journey to Churchill’ exhibit has been added to Destination Canada’s list of Canadian Signature Experiences (CSE), a program that showcases memorable Canadian experiences on a global stage.
Tourists that take part in the zoo’s CSE will get a private guided tour of the Journey to Churchill exhibit, which will include a behind-the-scenes look at the Leatherdale International Polar Bear Conservation Centre at the zoo. They will also get an up-close encounter with one of the zoo’s polar bears.
Journey to Churchill was one of ten places in Canada that were designated as a 2016 Canadian Signatures Experience.
