Winnipeg police said a man was rushed to hospital in unstable condition after a collision on Portage Avenue near Cavalier Drive on Tuesday morning.
Officers said a man was crossing the street on a mobility scooter around 10:30 a.m. July 24 when he was struck by a vehicle.
Police shut down westbound Portage Avenue to traffic between Rouge Road and Cavalier Drive following the collision. Around 4:30 p.m. Tuesday, officers said the closure remained in effect.
