The city and the Winnipeg Blue Bombers have reached a transit deal for the upcoming season, but the Bombers won't be getting a break.
The city said after careful review the request for a discount from the 2013 rates could not be granted.
During the opening season at Investors Group Field the city said about 35 per cent of fans took transit.
The Blue Bombers 2014 season opener is scheduled for Thursday, June 26 against the Toronto Argonauts.
