Hundreds of construction workers who walked off the job last month have agreed on a new contract.
Members of the United Association 254, which represents plumbers and pipefitters, voted 199 in favour to 71 against the new contract on Sunday night.
Workers were successful in fighting to keep their overtime pay at double time, instead of a proposed reduction to time and a half.
They also agreed on a wage increase of 11.5 per cent over three years.
The workers walked the picket lines for over two weeks, delaying construction of the Human Rights Museum and the airport.
The union reached the deal on Tuesday and picketing stopped the following day.
Voting took place in Winnipeg and Brandon at 6 p.m. on Sunday.
