Jurors at the Treyvonne Willis trial watched Wednesday a police interrogation video of the murder suspect.
Willis pleaded not guilty to first-degree murder for the death of Kaila Tran.
In the beginning of the video, detectives ask Willis why he killed Tran. They tell him they've collected evidence that points to him as the killer.
"This was something you planned...the fact remains you took a girl's life," said one of the detectives.
Court has heard the Crown suggest Willis stabbed Tran in a St. Vital parking lot to pay off a debt in June 2012.
