Two girls witnessed a man exposing himself and performing an indecent act inside a van on McKenzie Street on Jan. 30, said police.

The girls were walking in the area when they saw the man performing the act inside a dark blue passenger van, possibly a Dodge. The man did not get out of his vehicle or have any contact with the girls.

The man is described as white, in his 30s, bald, clean-shaven and wearing sunglasses.
