Police are warning the public about the theft prescription medication that could be hazardous if taken in large quantities or with other drugs or alcohol.
Officers said a woman reported her purse was stolen Tuesday evening while she was dining in the 2300 block of McPhillips Street. The medication, which was in her purse, consisted of 60 pills of Oxycocet, 50 pills of Lorazepam and 30 pills of Citalopram.
Police are reminding the public that ingesting these drugs in large quantities or with alcohol or other drugs could be dangerous or fatal.
