A fire broke out at a senior’s lodge in Carman, just before 4 a.m. on Monday.
RCMP, the local fire department and other emergency responders were called to the scene and some residents were transported to other facilities.
The fire was contained to the interior of the building on the second floor.
There are no reports of injuries.
No damage estimates are available at this time.
The Manitoba Office of the Fire Commissioner and Carman RCMP continue to investigate the cause of the blaze.
