A man faces charges after his 90-year-old mother lied on the floor for days while she slowly died.

Police charged Ron Siwicki, 62, with criminal negligence causing death and failing to provide the necessities of life.

Siwicki’s mother lay on the floor of a house on Arrowwood Drive in Garden City for several days before dying.
