Conditions across southern Manitoba on Wednesday are warm and windy. Meanwhile snow continues this afternoon across northern regions. The snow is courtesy of a trough of low pressure over Saskatchewan. As much as 5-10 cm of snow is expected from Lynn Lake to Churchill.
As the trough and its cold front track eastward, we could see flurries or rain showers tonight across the south, including in Winnipeg.
A second disturbance could bring more light snow to the south on Thursday night, although forecast amounts aren't clear just yet.
Otherwise, it's a very mild week for late November! Daytime highs in Winnipeg will rise above the freezing mark through to Saturday before returning to colder temperatures on Sunday. But those temperatures will be much closer to the normal high of -5C for this time of year.
