Brian Pallister released new details Friday of how much his campaign promises will cost taxpayers.
The Tory plan estimates the pledges add up to $117 million in the first budget year.
In turn, Pallister is promising to find $139 million in savings during the same amount of time.
The revenue reduction by cutting the PST to 7 per cent is not included in the announcement.
The PC leader is also vowing to increase spending annually at no less than 3 per cent.
The blueprint does not specify when the deficit would be eliminated.
A fiscal outlook from the government last month pegged the shortfall at $773 million.
