A water main break flooded the McPhillips Street underpass Monday morning in Winnipeg.
Traffic was re-routed for several hours while crews worked to stop the leak.
The road was closed in both directions between Logan and Jarvis.
After the leak was fixed, crews worked to drain water from the site so McPhillips could reopen.
Nearby, North Centennial Recreation and Leisure Facility and the Old Exhibition Arena are temporarily closed due to a water main break.
The city is contacting affected user groups and program participants.
