Police are looking for three suspects after a woman was stabbed just after 12 a.m. in the North End on Friday.

The 28-year-old woman was walking in the 800 block of Main Street when she was confronted by three suspects who stabbed her and stole her property, police said. The suspects fled heading westbound on Dufferin Avenue.

The victim was taken to hospital and she is in stable condition, police said.

The suspects are described as follows.

Suspect 1: Male, aboriginal in appearance, 30-years old, five feet ten inches (178 centimetres) in height with a husky build.

Suspect 2: Female, aboriginal in appearance, 20-years old, five feet three inches (160 centimetres) in height, medium build, 160 pounds (73 kilograms) with long, dark shoulder-length hair.

Suspect 3: Female, aboriginal in appearance, 20-years old, with a slim build and wearing her hair in a ponytail.
