Winnipeg police have arrested a suspect in connection with an early morning break-in at an auto parts store on Dawson Road Friday.
A thief broke in the store around 2 a.m. and smashed the alarm, but may not have realized that staff were in the building at the time, said police.
The suspect fled with a few items before police pursued the suspect driving a truck, and later on foot.
Police eventually found the abandoned vehicle, and the suspect was later arrested.
