Fire crews were called to the 300 block of Inkster Boulevard about 6 a.m. this morning when a garage fire spread to an adjacent home and several cars in the back lane.
A spokesperson for the Winnipeg Fire Paramedic service said people were forced out of two homes on Inkster Boulevard.
Car fires were put out in the back lane between Inkster Boulevard and Lansdowne Avenue, they said.
No one was injured in the fire.
There is no estimate of the cost of damages.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
