Police arrested a high-risk sex offender who violated his long-term supervision order when he went missing last month.
Christopher Edwin Murdock failed to report to his parole officer on Aug. 15. He received a long-term offender designation in 2002 after numerous sex assault convictions.
Police said they arrested Murdock without incident on Sept. 11.
