The Winnipeg Police Service says a 20-year-old man has been arrested in connection with an indecent act allegation.
According to police, a 22-year-old woman working out at a fitness facility on the University of Manitoba on July 6, 2014, noticed a man watching her.
Police say the man exposed himself and performed an indecent act.
The man fled after the woman yelled and she later alerted police.
On July 8, 2014, two days after the alleged incident, the woman called police when she saw the accused near the fitness facility.
The man was located and arrested without incident.
Police say a 20-year-old Winnipeg man is now facing a charge of an indecent act in a public place.
He was released on a promise to appear in court.
