Winnipeg police are investigating an alleged assault with a weapon after an incident on Main Street.
Shortly after midnight Friday, police responded to a call about an assault in the 600 block of Main Street.
Officers found an injured male, who was taken to hospital in critical condition.
Investigators are interviewing multiple people, police said.
