Manitoba police officers will be at the regimental funeral held in Moncton, New Brunswick to honour three Mounties killed in the line of duty.

Seven Manitoba RCMP officers make up the official delegation and they will be led by Assistant Commissioner Kevin Brosseau, Commanding Officer of “D” Division and Staff Sergeant Major Wayne Foster.

The attending RCMP officers currently serve in the “D” Division and each has a connection to either the fallen officers or to New Brunswick. They serve in Winnipeg, Steinbach, and Portage la Prairie.

The Winnipeg Police Service is represented by Deputy Chief Dave Thorne and the Winnipeg Police Association by three officers from their board.
