Winnipeg police have renewed calls for help in locating Amber Rose Marie Guiboche.
She was last seen on the night of Nov. 10, 2010 in the area of William Avenue and Isabel Street.
Police said they believe she may have entered a red truck.
She was last seen wearing a white Adidas hoodie with gold white stripes down the sleeves and was also wearing skinny-style blue jeans with white and pink-coloured skater-style runners.
Investigators said new information has surfaced regarding a "person of interest" in the case.
He is described as white, approximately 30 years old, with short hair that looked reddish from the sides, hairy arms, light red/blond stubble and possibly wearing prescription glasses. He was wearing a green faded camouflage baseball cap. Officers also released a composite drawing.
The man, who may have frequented areas outside of Winnipeg, was driving an older model red truck, possibly a Chevy, with bench seats inside, said police.
