Ontario Provincial Police disclosed the names Monday of five people who died in a plane crash two weeks ago in northwestern Ontario.

The Bearskins Airlines plane crashed on approach to Red Lake airport on Nov. 10, 2013.

OPP confirmed pilots Aniruddh Sawant, 25, from Mississauga, Ont. and Peter Traczuk, 34, from Winnipeg, Man. and three passengers: 53-year old Anna Johannesson, 53-year-old Peter Struk, and 64-year-old Sharron Taylor from Red Lake, Ont. were all located within the wreckage. Autopsies were completed in Toronto.

Two people from Winnipeg survived the plane crash. The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
