The City of Winnipeg is putting the Pantages Playhouse Theatre on the block.
A request for proposals to buy the vaudeville-style theatre is up on Winnipeg’s bid website.
Offers will be accepted until August 31. The city says the final sale could be subject to Council approval.
The theatre, built more than a century ago, seats 1,475.
