Winnipeg fire crews worked to quickly extinguish a blaze in the North End Thursday morning.
Firefighters went to the 700 block of Stella Avenue just before 4 a.m. to find smoke and flames coming from a vacant garage.
The blaze was quickly extinguished but caused $20,000 damage.
The cause of the fire is now under investigation.
