A development agreement deadline between True North and CentreVenture for the former Carlton Inn site has been extended to June 1, 2015.
In a statement, CentreVenture says both sides have been working productively over the last several weeks and that the extension will allow for administrative and legal work to be done.
The latest deadline was set for Friday, May 15, 2015.
The property is part of True North’s $400 million mega proposal for downtown that would include an office tower, hotel and plaza for hockey fans near the MTS Centre.
