Phyllo Pastry

1 sheet phyllo

2-3 oz melted butter

Leftover turkey

Leftover stuffing

Leftover mashed potato

Leftover cranberry sauce

 

Lay out sheet of phyllo. Paint with melted butter. Fold in half. Paint again with melted butter. Place turkey, stuffing, potatoes and cranberry sauce in the centre at one end. Roll with butter, fold in the sides and brush again with butter. Roll and brush one more time. The last coating is very important because it seals it and prevents the pastry from drying out. Freeze it as is or bake for 20-25 minutes at 375 F or until golden brown.
