Winnipeg police called again for the public’s help in the Thelma Krull missing woman investigation on Friday.
Krull, 57, has been missing for more than a month after going for a walk in northeast Winnipeg.
“Investigators are attempting to identify the occupants of a newer, dark coloured Dodge Caravan or Volkswagen Routan which was seen in and around the area of Civic Park (Valley Gardens) on the morning of July 11th,” said police.
Officers are also seeking to speak to a woman seen walking a dog in the area shortly before 8 a.m. on July 11.
She is described as white, about five feet three to five feet four inches tall (160 - 163 cm), with an average build, dark brown hair and wearing ear buds. She was walking a brown dog, possibly a German Shepherd.
"As each day goes by, as people's memories fade and that sort of thing, we're certainly active in trying to keep this in the forefront of the public,” said Const. Eric Hofley.
"We're here to get the leads and to find the answers, and I think investigators lean towards - let's find out what their involvement is and, you know, clear them if that is the case, " said Hofley.
Anyone with information is asked to contact investigators at (204) 986-6508 or Crime Stoppers at (204) 786-TIPS (8477).
Police said descriptions of others who may have seen something in the area led to people being identified and interviewed.
