Winnipeg police are concerned for the well-being of a missing woman who was last seen Tuesday.

Police announced Thursday investigators are searching for 47-year-old Hao "Helen" Luo.

She was last seen Tuesday, Nov. 21, 2023, in the area of Des Meurons Street and Pilgrim Avenue.

She is listed at five-foot-three with an average build and has black shoulder length hair, brown eyes and wears glasses.

Police said Luo was last seen wearing a yellow jacket, beige sweater, dark jeans, black shoes and a black toque.

If anyone sees her or has information on her whereabouts, they are asked to call police.
