The Arlington Bridge bridge crossing the CPR yards from Logan Avenue to Dufferin Avenue is scheduled to reopen Sunday evening after it closed to traffic for an inspection and maintenance Saturday..
The bridge will closed between 7 a.m. on Saturday and 6 p.m. Sunday.
Mayor Brian Bowman and city councilllors Janice Lukes and Mike Pagtakhan, along with city engineers, walked the bridge to get a look at some of the potential issues with the aging structure.
Motorists can take alternate routes down McPhillips Street to the west and Salter Street to the east.
The west sidewalk on the bridge will remain open to allow pedestrian access, the city said.
