The City of Winnipeg’s public works committee has approved water and sewer rate hikes for the next three years.
Homeowners' bills will go up 4.3 per cent each year.
Under the plan, the average homeowner will see an increase of about $3 per month, said city officials last week.
The increases still need final council approval.
