The builder of the stadium says it's not responsible for structural problems plaguing the building, putting the blame on the Selinger Government and the group that owns Investors Group Field.

In a statement of defence, Stuart Olson says Triple B Stadium rushed the completion of the project and green-lighted design flaws.

Triple B is made up of the Province, The City, the U of M and the team.

It sued Stuart Olson in March over cracked concrete, poor drainage and insulation issues.

However, Stuart Olson says the budget was too low and the timeline too short compared to similar projects.

The builder says it raised 500 red flags during construction but in the end, constructed a facility ordered by the owner.

"We are proud to stand behind our work on this iconic project."

The allegations have not been proven in court.
