RCMP say a man has been charged following a lengthy investigation into a fatal highway crash east of Winnipeg.
A 33-year-old woman was pronounced dead at the scene after the head-on crash on Highway 15 near Dugald on January 13th.
Police said at the time that alcohol did not appear to be a factor and both drivers had been wearing seatbelts.
Twenty-three-year-old Nelson Kyle South of Winnipeg is charged with careless driving resulting in death and is to appear in court on December 15th.
