A man accused of speeding through a construction zone and killing a 21-year-old flag person has been found not guilty.
Brittany Murray died in October 2010.
She was working as a flag person on Highway 207 south of Dugald when she was hit.
69-year-old Mitchell Blostein was charged with Dangerous Driving Causing Death.
His car was going 112 km/h in a speed zone with posted signs indicating the speed limit was 60 km/h.
