One man was taken to hospital after an early morning house fire in the Earl Grey neighbourhood Friday.
Around 4:00 a.m., emergency crews responded to calls of a house fire at 701 Dudley Ave. A man was taken to hospital with unknown injuries.
The house suffered smoke damage throughout. Damages are estimated at $31,000.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
