A Manitoba woman has been fined for playing Pokemon Go behind the wheel.

RCMP said the 21-year-old from Carberry nearly caused a collision while playing in a parking lot.

Police said she received a $203 ticket.

There have been multiple reports of other Pokemon Go players trying to catch them all while driving. A driver in Vaughan, Ont. was caught on tape earlier this month by a police helicopter allegedly playing the augmented reality game while driving.

Drivers have also been fined for driving while using the app in Vancouver, Quebec City and Innisfil.
