Sautéed Spot Prawns
10 large prawns, peeled and deveined
¼ cup onion, diced small
8-10 cherry tomatoes
1 pepper, diced
XV Olive oil as needed
Salt and pepper
¼ cup green onions, chopped
Sauté onions until translucent. Add peppers and tomatoes. Add prawns and continue to sauté until the prawns are cooked. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with chopped green onions.
