Police are investigating a collision involving an RCMP vehicle and a motorcycle on Highway 59 at the floodway bridge near Garven Road Sunday night.
The officer and motorcycle rider were taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The southbound lane of Highway 59 was closed between Garven Road and the Perimeter while crews responded, with a detour put into place. The road has since reopened.
Witnesses to the crash are asked to call Selkirk RCMP at 204-482-8114.
