Winnipeg police are investigating two stabbings that took place overnight in the city's west end.
The first occurred at about 11:30 pm, in the area of Portage Ave. and Sherbrook St.
One man is in stable condition with upper body injuries and one male suspect is being sought by police.
The second stabbing took place on the 500 block of Young St. at about 2 am.
A man is in stable condition with upper body injuries.
Police are looking for two male suspects in connection with the incident.
No arrests have been made in either incident and no weapons have been recovered.
Police say the two stabbings are unrelated.
