Winnipeg police called for the public's help in locating a missing 61-year-old woman.
Jill Tardiff, a retired vice principal, was last seen in the Old St. Boniface area Sunday evening.
Tardiff’s husband, Jim Young, said she has suffered from depression and anxiety in the past which seems to have crept up again.
Young said they went to bed but when he woke up around 5:45 a.m. Monday, she was gone.
He said they live in the area of Tache Avenue and Provencher Boulevard.
Winnipeg police said she was last seen wearing glasses, a light-coloured t-shirt with horizontal stripes, black pants, blue and white running shoes and carrying a blue fabric bag.
Police are asking anyone with information regarding Tardiff’s whereabouts to contact them at 204-986-6250.
