Police have now arrested both men in relation to the incidents of stolen phones on buses.
Walter Aaron Russell Bear, 20, of Winnipeg, was successfully found and arrested on August 29 after police requested the public’s help in locating him.
Both Bear, and Kyle James Letandre, 23, of Winnipeg have been charged with robbery and failing to comply with a probation order.
Police thank the public for their assistance in locating both men.
