Over 2,000 units of children’s toys sold at Costco Canada stores have been recalled due to choking concerns.

Health Canada said Hedstrom recalled its Sensory Combo Pack. It includes seven items; three to 12-sided foam dice, a six inch orange PVC knobby ball, and three PVC sensory shaped items. The products were sold from July 2016 to August 2016.

The product may release small foam pieces when chewed that may cause a child to choke, Health Canada said.

Hedstrom hasn’t received reports of consumer incidents or injuries, but received one report related to the issue. No injury was reported.

Anyone who bought the product should stop using it and return it to the nearest Costco warehouse for a full refund.
