The City of Winnipeg wants you to fight the cold snap with a new furry friend.
Animal services is having a Black Friday sale.
Adopting a dog will cost $99 and include licence, micro-chip, spay/neuter, basic shots, food and pet health insurance.
The sale will take place at animal services at 1057 Logan Avenue from 11:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
